SHIPPING INFORMATION

Freight and Handling

All Turf Tines deliveries originate from our Gold Coast warehouse and can usually leave the day of ordering if ordered prior to 11 am Brisbane time excluding bulk orders.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday we do not count Saturday and Sunday as Couriers are unable to collect on those days, when given a day delivery estimate on the shipping calculator it is working business days for example 3-4 days and you order on a Wednesday this does not include the weekend so you may receive your package on a Monday or Tuesday.

We can ship to every address to Australia and when you order through our website the system will automatically estimate delivery costs in AUD and delivery time frames.

We do not add on any packing and handling charges you are being charged only what the freight company charges us, freight is calculated by the greater of weight or volume.

Occasionally our calculators get it wrong and under or overcharge or do not select the fastest cheapest form of transit, we reserve the right to charge your account for the actual cost of freight lesser or more than quoted online and will always contact you prior to shipping if this occurs. If you have questions about rates or something doesn’t look right please contact us.

If you require urgent delivery for products that are too heavy to go into the 5 kg express overnight post satchels we may often be able to split the consignment or offer an expediated Courier service at extra cost please contact us for help sales@tines.com.au or Ph 0419 138 489 before ordering online.

Aramex Up to 25 Kgs   and Bulk Next day local, overnight Sydney, 2-3 days other Cities, Regional and Remote 3-8  Days Perth and NT    6-10 Days

TNT Road/Fedex Express Up to 25 Kgs and Bulk Next day local, overnight Sydney, 2-3 days Regional and Remote, 5-8 Perth and NT     International  Courier express all other Countries

**These Courier delivery days are our broad estimates only and can differ per postcode and Carrier.

** We will not refund any parcel that does not arrive when expected unless they are express posted or overnight express, we can offer discount at our freight company carriers discretion when they are found to be at fault of excessive delays. We are insured for lost freight and you will never be liable for that unless someone at your address signs for the package.

Oversized Bulky and Large Volume Freight

Our shipping calculators may not be able to calculate the best rate or carrier in the online checkout and you are encouraged to contact us for bulk orders and products weighing more than 70kgs for a manual shipping estimate. We reserve the right to refund orders or increase the freight costs for heavy shipment orders placed through the online calculators. In this case we will contact you and offer a refund or an increased cost for freight payment option.

International Orders

We use Australia International Courier Post and Fedex Air, our online shop is only set up for Australia and charges local Goods and Service Tax please contact us at  sales@tines.com.au for estimate and an International Proforma Invoice with our GST local taxes exemption. Your Countries Customs clearances charges will not be included on the Shipping estimate and vary from Country to Country and you may be liable for your own Countries Custom, duties and clearance charges on arrival. You are encouraged to check this prior to ordering.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number link. Use the link provided to track your item during transit. You can also view tracking information if you have a Turf Tines account. Log in to My Account and select order History & tracking to find the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe please contact us at admin@tines.com.au or by phoning 0419 138 489.

Incorrect Item Delivered?

We are human and occasionally can make errors, if you receive the wrong goods meant for another customer please notify us by phone call immediately 0419 138 489 so we may track and rectify the error. You will be offered free freight for your next order for the inconvenience and we will arrange the onforwarding shipping to the correct address from you at our end where possible. If your order has arrived with incorrect parts then you will be offered a full refund or a 10% discount on the correct goods being resent and free freight. Please phone us immediately if incorrect Quantity’s are supplied.

However if you have ordered the incorrect parts then we offer an exchange or refund provided they are returned in unused condition within 14 days, you will be responsible for the freight costs each way each time so please phone us immediately to arrange this before returning and a 10% restocking fee may be added to your account if a refund is requested rather than exchange.
